Why don’t payments through PayPal work as expected

If your PayPal gateway doesn’t process user payments properly, there are two possibilities:

• The PayPal email address you’ve used on your TalentLMS E-commerce processor settings (1) doesn’t match the primary email address of your PayPal account.

• You haven’t configured your PayPal seller preferences (1) properly. To do that, follow the guidelines in this article and make sure to use the correct Notification URL.
