TalentLMS features various integrations to extend your training portal’s functionality further.
To access the Integrations panel, login to TalentLMS as an Administrator, go to Account & Settings (1), and click the Integrations (2) tab.
Native integrations
TalentHR - This is TalentLMS’ very own HR tool! You can use this integration to synchronize data between the two platforms and keep track of your employees’ TalentLMS training on your TalentHR domain.
BambooHR - This well-known HR tool can be integrated with your TalentLMS portal. The integration will add BambooHR users to your TalentLMS portal, deactivate them if they are terminated in BambooHR, and sync completed TalentLMS training into BambooHR.
SagePeople - This HR tool can be integrated with your TalentLMS portal via an SFTP connection. Users are added to TalentLMS from SagePeople, and user course completion information is fed back to SagePeople in a daily sync.
WordPress - This is the world’s most famous content management system! The TalentLMS WordPress plugin can be used to map courses to products on your website. That way, when a mapped product is purchased, the customer is added to your connected TalentLMS portal and assigned to their new course.
Shopify - Need a custom store? Shopify is your answer. With the TalentLMS Shopify app, you can map courses to products so that when a mapped product is purchased, the customer is added to your connected TalentLMS portal and assigned to their new course.
Salesforce Embedded App - The TalentLMS Salesforce Embedded app will allow your Salesforce users to load TalentLMS in an app in Salesforce. The app will also log users into an existing TalentLMS account or create a new account for them and then log them in, displaying the LMS in a frame within Salesforce.
Custom integrations
API - Native integrations don’t meet your needs? Use the TalentLMS API to create a custom integration where you can add users, courses, branches, and groups, assign users to courses, groups, branches…the list goes on! Check out our API documentation and our Postman collection for more information.
Zapier - Not sure about API? Check out Zapier, the automation platform. You can trigger actions based on events using this powerful tool. A new user was just added to TalentLMS? Trigger an action to add them to a specific Slack channel with Zapier!
SFTP - Connect your SFTP server with TalentLMS to pull data into TalentLMS or export data to your SFTP server for use in another system.
Web Conferencing
You can integrate your preferred webinar tool with TalentLMS for conferences and instructor-led training (ILT). Your training portal has a native webinar tool by default, but any of the below can also be integrated with TalentLMS.
Paid integrations
Salesforce Data Connector App - This is a powerful integration with reporting capabilities. It allows you to add users or contacts from Salesforce to TalentLMS, add a filter so only specific users/contacts are added, create and add users to groups based on Salesforce fields, and map custom fields in TalentLMS with Salesforce profile fields. It also has an intuitive UI that shows you assigned courses, % completions, certificates awarded, and more.
ADP Workforce Now - Add users from ADP to TalentLMS via a daily sync, mapping custom user fields, assigning groups, and deactivating users who are terminated in ADP.
