How TalentLMS subscription plans work

TalentLMS allows you to start with a free plan and use its features, without having to upgrade to a paid plan. If you want to take advantage of higher user limits and added features, you need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.

Note: All plans are available with monthly or annual payments, with the exception of Enterprise plans, which can only be billed annually.

Core plan: Up to 100 users can access your portal, and you have all the basic features to get started with your training program.

Grow plan: Up to 500 users can access your portal, and you have everything available in the Core plan along with the Grow plan features.

Pro plan: Up to 1000 users can access your portal or use the Flexible user limit (see below). You get everything available in the Grow plan along with the Pro plan features.

Enterprise plans: These are custom plans. Please reach out to us to get your quote.

TalentLibrary™

All paid plan combinations let you add our TalentLibrary collection to your subscription and enrich your course catalog with ready-made courses from our continuously expanding collection. 

Select TalentLibrary (1) on your subscription page. Depending on your plan and user tier, you’ll see the cost of the add-on and your total subscription cost.

Flexible user limit

Our Pro and Enterprise plans allow an unlimited number of users to register on your portal. The final subscription cost depends on the number of unique users that have accessed your portal at least once in the last month, from the starting date of your billing cycle. If this number is within the limits of your chosen plan, there are no extra costs. If it is higher, you're charged accordingly on your next bill. 

Select Flexible user limit (2) on your subscription page. Depending on your user tier, you’ll see the cost of the add-on and your total subscription cost.

Example: 

If you are subscribed to the Pro plan for up to 200 users and started the subscription on July 1st, the system will check the number of unique users who logged in between June 1st and July 1st. If the number is up to 200, no extra charges will occur. If it is more than 200, then there is an additional charge per additional user.

Note: Each paid subscription will renew automatically every 1 month or 1 year, depending on the chosen billing cycle. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time (check our Refund Policy).
