How to change the visible user format in TalentLMS

TalentLMS allows you to change how users appear within your portal on user lists and reports.

To change the visible user format:

1. Sign in as an Administrator and go to Account & Settings (1) > Portal (2). 

2. In the Locale (3) section, click the drop-down next to the Visible user format (4) setting and select one of the available options.

3. Change the visible user format of your users to any other combination from the drop-down list:

• F. Last name (default)
• First name L.
• First name Last name
• Last name F.
• Last name First name
• Username

4. Click Save (5) to apply your changes.
