How to reset or complete progress using the unit matrix report in TalentLMS

The unit matrix report in the TalentLMS new UI allows you to update your users' progress for specific units.

Here is how:

1. As an Administrator, go to Reports (1) > Courses (2).

2. Select a specific course.

3. Go to the Unit Matrix (3).

4. Find the unit and the user for whom you want to update the progress and click the relevant circle (4).

5. In the following window, click Reset or Complete (5) to change the unit’s status for a specific user.

Available options:

You get different choices depending on the user’s current progress in each unit:

• Not attempted: You can only complete this unit.
• In progress: You can either reset or complete this unit.
• Pending: You can either reset or complete this unit.
• Completed: You can only reset this unit.
• Failed: You can either reset or complete this unit.
